I have used Thompson over the last couple years for a boiler replacement and service. They have been fantastic. If you have an emergency, they will always make time. They never try to upsell you on anything, they fix/ replace only what they need to. I have found the service to be very reasonably priced. Every one that shows up is friendly and professional.

Called Thompson Mechanical to come install a gas line for our new gas range. The receptionist was absolutely lovely to deal with, as my husband and I were desperate to have this done after habing been without a stovetop for over a week after being stood up by another business, and she seemed very understanding to our problem. Mike called us that evening to set up a date and Thompson Mechanical sent over Luke to do the install who ran the new line no problem, no mess, and hooked up the new range. I even got to meet Mike briefly when he brought the flexible gas line over for behind the range and I have to say that everyone that we interacted with at Thompson Mechanical was very knowledgeable and personable! We absolutely love our gas range and we're so happy that we chose Thompson Mechanical. They have become our go-to for any heating/cooling/plumbing needs and we highly recommend them! Thank you Thompson Mechanical!!! (I am not in any way related to anyone in Thompson Mechanical - the name is just a very cool coincidence)

I needed a new pilot assembly that I had bought put in my Napoleon gas fireplace. I was told on Dec. 16 that they would try to get it done before Christmas Eve leaving me with hope that that would be the case. It is Dec. 23 and I cancelled the service since I have no idea when they would be coming to do it. They don’t make appointments which I should have realized was a RED FLAG.

Great service. Ac unit was leaking, technician came and cleaned out plugged drain pan. Made 2 separate visits to my place and the bill was incredibly reasonable! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

1 hr charge for a call out, was advised to leave the mechanical room slider doors open. Problem wasn't fixed. $126 bill for opening a door. Wow

Got Thompson mechanical to come look at my gas fireplace as a second opinion because the first company told me I needed a whole new insert worth thousands. The technician from Thompson was amazing. It turned out to be just a dirty sensor and a $2 switch. He went over and above to answer all my questions about other things around the house.
It’s so hard to find good quality, honest workmanship sometimes these days. Would definitely recommend them to others!

After discussing some concerns we had about our hot water tank with the receptionist, she had Sean phone us he walked us through various options available to us, no high pressure sales to replace the tank, but was willing to work with us as to what option worked best for us. A real professional, and very appreciated in these tough economic times.

I was having some issues with my home furnace during a super cold time. They reached out, returned my call and helped me out. The owner also gave me his number if i had any issues or concerns while trying out the new parts. Despite not using their services for the installation they were very helpful with trouble shooting and supplying parts. They saved me over 200$ on one part alone.
