The site super came out at Juliana Place, and acted unprofessionally while I was waiting for my child. It was akin to some school yard bully raging and further escalated tense conversation between adults to somehow reinforce her view. I feel this person needs sensitivity training and Tricar should instruct her you get more with honey than vinegar. Feel bad for organization if this is their first person interacting with public. According to other tenants this superintendent frequently rants at people vesting the site.

From sales, design selection, inspections, and taking occupancy, the staff at Tricar are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Fiasco… zero stars

I bought a Tricar built condo in Byron and it’s brutal. Constant repairs going on from original work done improperly, and questions exist on if the fixes are even correct or just stop gaps. It’s pretty bad…. They just did work in our underground garage and there is now overspray or wet concrete dust stuck all over my car and it won’t come off!! 2-3k estimate to repair. I’m beyond disappointed.
