We visited one of their locations, Treetop Trekking Miami and the kids enjoyed the adventure but I will avoid any Trekking company adventures in the future due to how incredibly rude and impolite they were to our group in Miami.

Don’t arrive early like they tell you to. We had 10:00 reservation for a large group and they were too busy helping guests who arrived late and then when we went in to ask them why we were still waiting, we were told to go back outside the building and wait until they were ready. I decided to go up to the front and have a conversation with them to understand what the hold up was and what they were trying to tell us to do because our kids had been harnessed and ready for over 20 minutes. When we went in to check if we were ready at 10:15, we were treated very poorly and to top it off, the manager cancelled our reservation and attempted to kick us out. Luckily the Jungle Island is owned by a separate company and security quickly came and tried to get us some help but it’s not their company…. Just a company that is in their park.. It took them another 30 minutes to determine if they would cancel or allow us to complete the trek. They took other kids before ours and didn’t allow our kids to go more than once around and every other kid was going around the course several times (more than even 2 times). I do not recommend this company and will update this review if an owner wishes to discuss with me the occurrence but so far they’ve seen my message I sent on messenger and have failed to reply or contact me. The Jungle Island staff is very friendly, but beware the trekking company I guess is a different company and they don’t treat guests well at all.
