I can’t say enough about the excellent service provided by Carl and Cale in replacing the Poly-B waterlines in our home. Carl R is a very detailed and diligent plumber with a remarkable ability to carefully analyze the existing waterline infrastructure and come up with very creative solutions, saving us a lot of expense for drywall and tile repairs. And he explains everything that he feels needs to be done.
Their extensive cleanup was very appreciated.
Both were very professional and enjoyable to have on this project. I would highly recommend both of them for any plumbing projects.

Ivan provided excellent service.

Ivan arrived, introduced himself and carried out the work with professionalism. He provided realistic expectations and was able to finish the work a bit early despite finding a defective pressure reducing valve that also needed replacing. Ivan took great care to cut and replace drywall around valve. Also, Ivan cleaned up after himself.

I was out of the country and rented the top of the house as an AIR BNB I had a problem with the bath tub Tap no hot water came out so I got them in! A two hour job with new fixture tops! They charged $400 an hour plus! For 4 hours plus a very expensive new facet my renter paid and I paid him I disputed the charge and threatened court action they gave me 20% back! This was a number of years ago! I would be clear on costs when hiring any plumber and establish a price to avoid problems with billing!
