I called Rocca Sisters realty because they are female and their firm has a good reputation. They came to my house and did an inspection, gave me an evaluations and explained the whole process. They were very thorough. T
I felt that their evaluation was right where I thought . We signed the listing. We immediately had
bookings for showings. 3 days later we were advised of an offer to purchase and 1 day later we accepted the adjusted offer. Could
this process have been more efficient? I doubt it. They were great communicating in spite that I need a 3rd person to act on my behalf due to a disability. The whole team was helpful, and kind. I could not have asked for a better team
