Mourad is one of the experienced, Tarion-approved home inspectors in our area. We received great recommendations from one of our friends and asked Mourad to visit our house before we file our first-year Tarion warranty claim. We had no idea how to submit the report, but we knew our brand-new house had some small errors that the builder needed to fix by the completion of the first year. When Mourad visited, he pointed out several other major issues that the builder needs to address. Mourad provided us with a detailed report and excellent pictures to support our claim. Without his inspection, we might have filed our claim blindly. We are truly thankful to him and highly recommend him without any hesitation to anyone in the area.
