Place has gone downhill. This apartment building was clean and was well taken care of in previous years - Inside and out. They had an air freshener on all floors and it was clean- hallways etc - now Been here to visit in the last 3 months, it smells very bad, I visited as the cleaner just mopped the floors - and it was a musty moldy disgusting dirty water smell …. My gosh and the elevator floor was done as well - yuck - Side door not working, every time I have gone to visit - parking lot and grass garbage everywhere. What is happening - there is no way it’s under the same management.
For the rent cost in this old building - at least the cleaning should be top notch - disgusting.

My girlfriend and I lived here for a year. Everything was good and we loved the apartment. Maureen, the manager of the building, took great care of us. It is easy to see how busy she is and some patients in required in less serious issues, but overall we never had to worry about problems going unresolved. There was some slight hiccups when we first moved in, mainly the in-suite dryer was not hooked up to the vent, but the issue was promptly resolved. Would recommend moving here, and Maureen will definitely make sure everything goes well

Living at Madison Apartments has been an absolute pleasure. The maintenance team, led by the kind and dedicated trio of Sara, Richard, and Maureen, goes above and beyond. Their prompt response to any issues, usually within 24 hours, reflects their commitment to ensuring a comfortable living environment.

I also want to commend Canadian Urban Limited for their excellent management. The seamless coordination and kind approach to rentals make this place truly special. From the timely resolution of concerns to the overall warmth in their service, Madison Apartments stands out as a wonderful place to call home.

I'm on my second year here, and I've yet to have a complaint about anything. Issues get handled fairly quickly depending on how important it is. Neighbors seem very quiet and respectful. The building manager, Maureen, is fairly busy, obviously in an apartment building, but still gets things handled. The place is in great shape, and when there is a mess somewhere, it's cleaned up within a day from what I've noticed. It is on the fairly expensive side for renting, considering most other places are about $200-$300 less a month, but you get what you pay for.

I have lived in this building for 4 months now. All the staff I have met have been polite and professional to myself and my husband. Suites are in great condition, despite having older appliances. Maintenance requests are responded to in a fast and efficient manner. I have only had to make one complaint to Maureen, and it was handled quickly and respectfully. The only downsides: it is quite pricey, but worth it in my opinion, because other places are dirty/disrepair/unsecured. The parking lot for visitors is not cleared of snow often, but there is street parking available as well.

I have been living here 5+ years. I haven't faced any issue regarding maintenance request completion or other stuff. Some maintenence request gets delayed once a while, but it will be fixed to the point. Maureen is excellent to deal with. I would appreciate if some security measures are been taken like installing security cameras on every floor near elevator and exit. There have been some incidents of amazon packages been stolen.

Got really bad experience from building Manager. We stayed there for just six months and only two of us lived there. We both had jobs and we didn't spend much time in the flat.

When we got out of the flat six months later she told us that the whole flat had been destroyed and that no one could use it anymore.They took more than half of the deposit from us for mere reasons. I don’t know how it can be so ugly when two adults live in a flat for just six months. we both cleaned the flat very well.so be careful

I've lived here for years and never had any problems. Places is clean and maintenance is always done. The landlord is awesome and she does a terrific job. The maintenance guys are awesome and can fix whatever you need fixing.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. This is a very friendly multicultured building that I'm proud to call home and come home to.
