I sold my first property with the Levie Team this past summer and cannot stress how valuable their insight was in the midst of a shifting market. Being in the mortgage industry myself - from a lenders’ point of view at least - I assumed I would know quite a bit about the whole purchase and sale process. In spite of that experience though, I cannot tell you how much their knowledge and insight helped in the sale of my Condo. I’m not sure how many Real Estate Agents actually come to your home and help you with clearing it out and offering to remove the additional “junk” – and not only on one occasion. I know the staging process was invaluable in getting me top dollar and Candace was there every step of the way.
Candace insured I was comfortable with the whole process once the offer was made and certainly “went to bat” for me when I wasn’t entirely happy with the first offer presented. She’s certainly someone you want in your corner in a negotiation, while being honest and upfront at the same time.
With the Levie Team you are certainly not just another transaction. They are professional and efficient but - more importantly - caring and thoughtful of their clients. Where do I even begin with how much I recommend Candace and The Levie Team? 5 stars is not enough!

A friend referred us to Candace as she had assisted them in purchasing their home last year. As first time home buyers, we were nervous enough about the process, let alone trying to purchase a home in this crazy Hamilton market. Upon speaking with Candace for the first time, our nerves were instantly eased. Candace is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate and is so patient and personable. She was readily available whenever we wished to see a property and was always ready to answer any questions that we had.

We successfully purchased a home, and it was a listing that Candace had personally sent to us. It wasn’t even on our radar but Candace quickly came to see the types of homes we were interested in and recommended we go and see it. After seeing the property, we put an offer in that night and Candace was up with us until well past midnight when we finally secured the property!
