Probably the best experience a beginner like me could I ask for. Brand new to boating, our family with our new wake board boat did not know what to expect. the launch was welcoming accommodating and extremely helpful.
Hayden literally saved my boat, she’s knows her stuff.
The staff were all awesome patient and very helpful. Never felt rushed and was met with smiles every day. The weak pass saves you money.

We went to The Launch to look at wake surf boards. Scott and Hayden were very knowledgeable and super helpful. The discussed with us the pros and cons of each board and how the different boards would ride. Excellent service! I was pleased to find out their price was very competitive. They even came in less than the big online stores. Would definitely recommend:)

I had always had an incredible experience at The Launch, the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the store and on the gas dock. Scott and Serina go above and beyond to ensure I find the perfect product and to accommodate my needs. They also have a fantastic store with everything you need for your boat, from life jackets and boards to boat cleaning supplies. Their passion for what they do is evident, and I highly recommend checking them out!

The marina at Sylvan Lake is in great hands. Always clean, well-organized, and run with a quiet confidence that speaks to real experience. Scott knows everything there is to know about boats, docks, and lake life — the kind of guy who just gets it and doesn't waste words. I normally will never leave a bad review to any businesses . But the owner's husband and wife of the Launch are extremely rude and kept yelling at us.
We are a group of 3 people. My cousin and I were on our Seadoo . My other cousin is the driver. We launch our Seadoo very smoothly but all the sudden.
The wife came out and yelling at us for creating waves in the marina. We were just idling but I guess our Seadoo jet were creating too much waves to their standard. Instead of tell us about. The owner wife was yelling at us. I was so confused. Until I got a phone call from my cousin. Apparently the owner husband storm out and rush to his truck and screamed at him telling him and tell us to get off of their property. He uses very aggressive tone and threaten my cousin. What kind of business owner treat their customer like this? This is beyond ridiculous. We are a human being here. It is totally unnecessary to treat anyone like this. I was so mad and question the wife about why do we get kick out for no apparent reason. She showed us the video about our Seadoo creating waves in the marina. We kept tell her our seafood are just idling but she refused to accept. I asked her for a refund but she refused. I told her that we going to file a complaint about her business to the town of sylvan lake and that is when she tone down and said this is a warning only and she allowed us to use the launch. We never get treated like this anywhere. Afterward talking to my cousin again. He definitely felt like the husband were threatening him and he felt like he was targeted because he is Asian. Never ever again.

For the people trying to launch their boat at this place save yourself the trouble and embarrassment. Don’t do it here, worst customer service ever. My family and I experienced the worst racial, and financial discrimination. We were so shocked that we didn’t even know how to deal it. The next day we went to the store to cancel our service because of the experiences we had with them and they basically told us no refunds, as we had paid for 3 times, until we mentioned we were going to write this review, suddenly they wanted to refund us, guess what money doesn’t talk for bad customer service lol

I have been using their boat launch for years now. Very nice people and not hard to deal with at all. Member people in life, if someone seems a little rude to you it might have to do with the fact they have to deal with so much on a daily bases. Last year for example they had to deal with someone drunk and rude to them and Scotts wife got punched in the head. So please remember they are really nice people and everyone has off days and we do not know what someone is dealing with. They have always been nice to myself laid back and helpful. So if you think someone is being rude to you look at maybe how you came across yourself to them first and if you were not in the wrong talk nicely back 2 wrongs do not make a right. So please everyone this year lets have a great Summer and treat everyone with respect. I will be using their launch all Summer myself again and look forward to being in the Sun.

Scott and the crew are all great people that are always a pleasure to deal with. I hate being the guy that shows up right at close but yesterday that was me and the doors were already locked. Lucky for me Scott seen me and came out and gassed me up so I could go out and enjoy an awesome ride, thanks Scott!
