I'm a new resident at Grove Manor which is a Seniors residence. The Jansen truck, trailer, and crew just left our site. They have a crew that uses the hand held blowers to blow a narrow path around SOME of the park cars, and other's they don't bother. I spoke to one of the crew members yesterday morning as I was parked in the handicapped stall, which they haven't done at all this past week. I asked him to please do around the car, like they do the other spots. He said NO, as it's NOT in their contract I explained that I can't get into my car because of all the snow and I can't walk on uneven surfaces. He still wouldn't do it. I didn't ask him to blow the snow off my car, but just a path to the driver's side door. He would NOT do it. They only do around the other cars in the lot, if the person isn't home, they don't do their stall, which is ridiculous because when they do come home, the snow is deep where they are supposed to park.

I had to shovel my own path, move my car to another stall, and I also had to clear my own stall before I could park it it.

Totally unacceptable, especially as I am a senior with mobility issues.

I was very fortunate to have found The Jansen Group Ltd. Adam Jansen and his team did my front and backyard of my bungalow. From installing a new fence, bigger and better deck, lawns and planting beds, sprinkler system, to moving and relocating a beloved wooden playhouse to its new location. We were introduced to Adam after another landscaping company did not keep their commitment in the summer of 2023. Although it was September, Adam agreed to take on our project and committed to completing it in a timely fashion. And not only did he do that but he created a finished product that was better than we had imagined and at a more reasonable price than the company we had originally contacted.

As one would expect, the project included extensive excavation, geotextile, weeping tile, sod, weed barriers, deck construction, shed and fire pit pads. What wasn’t expected was the personal touch displayed everyday by the team. They treated the project like it was their own property and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with every step in the process. The communication was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend the Jansen Group!

Jansen Group just recently installed a patio stone patio for my backyard. Graeme provided a quick response quoting the cost and once all was agreed upon, it was within days that Jason had me scheduled in for the install. Tyler and his crew did a superb job. Also impressive was the fact Tyler and his crew at the end of each work day, swept up, leaving no mess on the street or driveway. Tyler was open to questions and suggestions and in the end, i got exactly what i wanted. The patio is awesom and sloped perfectly for drainage. Very impressed with Jansen Group and th ework they do. I certianly recommend them.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience with The Jansen Group and the work they have done for us. Several times during the job we decided we wanted to change our shrubs and retaining walls and they had no problem accommodating us and changing the design.  The retaining walls, fire pit, shrubs, trees, driveway and paving stone features they built are exactly what we wanted.

This team was very well organized, tidy and courteous while working at our home. We were very impressed with how the crew all worked together as a team.
