Wonderful apartment! The rooms are very spacious and modern. They also have a community room and a gym, which is very convenient. The manager, Rain, is very friendly, approachable, and always there to help!

I moved into The Heartwood about a year ago and I am very impressed with the facilities, maintenance and the services. The units are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The building staff is very friendly and responsive. Rain, the Resident Manager is just a text away. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and shopping centers - The bus stop is just a few steps away. The building is CCTV monitored, and I feel safe at all times. The management also organizes social events and the people are super nice and friendly.

I would highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful living experience on this side of the town.

A couple of small issues discussed with Marianne who assigned Dwayne on it. Dwayne was quick & resourceful. Got into the core of the issues & sorted them the right way. Feel lucky to have such an excellent support system here. Couldn’t ask for more. Excellent Maintenance response. Thanks Dwayne !!

I have lived here for a year now. I absolutely love the building and the quality of our suite. Sheds on the balcony is a bonus. Our Resident Manager Rain is always available, incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything we need. Lots of friendly Neighbors. They hold resident appreciation events. There's a large social room and a gym.

Our experience has been really amazing at Heartwood! Rain (one of the property managers) is so responsive. I love how they send communications to let residents know what to expect before any action is taken. Our move in process was also very smoothly facilitated by the leasing agent and Rain as well. The apartment itself is neat, space is good and it’s so well maintained. It’s a 5/5 for me across aboard.

We moved in last month and it has been the most positive moving experience I have ever had. Marianne is easy to reach and available to help with all the little hiccups that come with moving. The unit itself is beautiful with a perfect use of space. It does not feel like an apartment but instead a 5 star hotel that you don’t want to leave. Marianne has done a fantastic job with building the community here. I have met and spoke to more people in the past few weeks than I have in the last 10 years in all of Edmonton. So happy I chose Heritage Valley Central. ♥️ our new home.

My experience at Heritage Valley Central has been amazing so far. As someone moving out for the first time, Marianne has made this experience far less stressful. She was patient, answered any questions I had, and has always been more than willing to accommodate my schedule. The suites were all modern and clean, and the building is within walking distance to a shopping center.
