Barb, was referred to us by a friend and we chose to go with her because he said something that stuck with us. He said she has integrity. She did indeed. This quality was important to us and while he was not wrong, this doesn't capture the journey that we embarked upon this past Fall with Barb. Barb helped us stage our place, brought in cleaners, had it inspected, and tested the water for potential buyers countless times (driving to and from Haliburton). When a tree (in windstorm) fell on our hot tub, she not only sourced a new hot tub but found a guy to help clear snow and install it. I always felt that whatever problem we faced whether that was selling our place or buying a new home, that she would be there for us through thick or thin. We never felt like we were alone in this. I don't think there are many realtors like Barb. In fact, I don't there are a lot of people like her for that matter.
