Bruno is a master of selling homes. We listed our condo with low expectations in the current market to sell our property but were off the market within 2 weeks! As a first time home buyer, I didn't know left from right, as much reading as you can do online it can only prepare you for so much.

I have nothing but great things to say about my dealings with Marc. No matter how many questions I've asked him over the phone or text, immediate responses, and he really helped narrow the search down based on what we were looking for.

As far as what I've experienced, he's a standup guy, who's incredibly transparent, and when we attended viewings he showcased how much he was looking out for my investment at every opportunity.

So for those of you that read this review I hope you give him a call, you won't regret it, I sure haven't.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my experience regarding one of your realtor, Jaspreet Bhatia. Unfortunately, my dealings with him were far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to express my concerns.

Throughout the entire process, his behavior was unprofessional and, at times, completely unacceptable. He miscommunicated key information to the seller, which resulted in confusion and mismanagement during the property transfer. This led to several issues, including the seller's inappropriate actions during the moving process.

While I understand that each agent has their own style of handling situations, I must emphasize that Jaspreet's conduct was not in line with what I would expect from a professional realtor. I have deal with multiple realtors in the past, and his approach was notably subpar in comparison.

Additionally, I am deeply disturbed by an incident where he entered our property after possession without authorization and it seems like he is a thief, which I found both unprofessional and unacceptable.

Given the significant investment we made in purchasing this property, I feel that Jaspreet failed to honor his commitments and provide the level of service that is expected. I am quite upset by the entire experience and wanted to bring this to your attention according to me he is not a good asset for your company 0 rating for your realtor Jaspreet Bhatia

We had not talked about the garage material in the review, that was totally fine, we are talking about your realtor's behavior, I think so you are rotating the comment and talking everything in your favor. We had talked about your realtor's behavior that was soo rude, I don't know for what he has the attitude, if a person don't know how to talk he very poor in the life he earned money that is nothing. So ask him while dealing have some patience and gratitude to talk and he needs to learn some professionalism like i told you that if he has to enter someone property first door the bell and then wait but not to take some stuff like a thief . this not suit to yours THE FOUNDRY REAL ESTATE realtors.
The time I saw the house, it was neat and clean no scratches on the walls, but when we came in, the house was totally changed.
scratches on the wall, floor. who is responsible for this ?i no you cannot do anything but you should no about your Bhatia Character..

We had a very bad experience with one of your realtor JASPREET BHATIA. He doesn't have the basic manners that when you want to visit someone's property you first need the permission to enter and that is Ring the Door Bell first ..not to enter the property like a thief. This was done by your realtor JASPREET BHATIA...
