I have leased a suite (A) at 378 Talbot Street in St Thomas for the past year with The Focal Point Group for my business Tribal Canoe. Their service and attention to detail has been outstanding. I have and do definitely recommend working with all the staff at The Focal Point Group. The only reason I am moving after a year is that I need a larger space for my business, the group had made some suggestions but could not accommodate my needs. Thank you for the seamless transitions, moving in and now moving out.

The focal point group has been great to work with. They are a lovely family owned and operated company. They tend to issues quickly and really support small business owners. While I had some issues in my building, they were all tended to, not the fault of TFPG and TFPG took them seriously. I recommend TFPG to any small business owner looking for rental space and highly recommend discussing your needs for your business so they can ensure you find the right office for you!

As a long time tenant at 111 Waterloo Street, I can firmly say that it is an exceptionally run office building. The maintenance is 100% up to date, and almost all repairs are fixed the same day. And they never stop working on keeping the building up to date both inside and out.

As the name says, it's a professional office building with doctors, lawyers, and all sorts of IT, web developers with many other business tenants too.

And you can't beat the price for a downtown location, close to 401 with underground parking. The management staff is very kind, and I've never had an issue with them.

They have an excellent security system in place with video security cameras on all five parking levels, as well as security cameras inside and outside of the building.

111 Waterloo has a sit-down coffee shop in the main lobby called Cafe Soho, serving early morning freshly brewed coffee with light breakfast and lunches.

I highly recommend 111 Waterloo.
