Our journey began with an incredibly frustrating experience when purchasing our home. The agent (NOT REVEL) we worked with at the time was not seasoned, lacked strong communication skills, and left us feeling lost and unsupported, especially after not having been in the real estate market for over a decade. We were looking for guidance and expertise but unfortunately did not receive it.
