I've lived here for the past few years and it's been great! Although the building is a bit older, the property itself is always clean and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure everything looks great and works perfectly.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone here is so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Anytime we have a question or need something, they’re quick to respond and always go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy and comfortable.

We truly feel taken care of and valued as residents, which makes living here such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I just moved in to this new place and I love it. The rooms are bigger and bright. My apartment looks amazing and renovated. The elevator was booked for moved and it was ready on time. Nothing to complain so far, and I hope I don’t have to.

Update: I just moved out due to finding a job in another city. All services and maintenance required were conducted in due time. I wish I could’ve stayed here until buying a house since this place was really perfect and had no bugs.
However, my move out was so quick that I did not have time to clean the fridge and sink properly. Due to that, I was charged 25$ for each as if not cleaned at all. Things weren’t really that dirty, so charging the full amount despite me being an excellent tenant wasn’t nice at all.

If you want a GREAT place to live...look NO further! The staff and management are all professional and friendly who keep the building clean and well maintained. I was nervous at first being a condo owner for decades to move into an apartment, but I'm sorry I didn't make this move sooner!...so be smarter than me...which means I'll see ya soon!!!

We love living at The Bristol. We’ve lived here for 20 years. It truly is home. We have always received prompt service when needed, without any issues, and if there were circumstances beyond their immediate control, we have always been contacted immediately with future plans.
The grounds are beautiful, and the scenery is amazing. Thank you all from the office, cleaners and maintenance for always making our home the best it can be!

I've been here for just over 5 years now. This is the second time I've lived in a Boardwalk Community in London.

While the buildings may not be fancy and new, they are solid and well maintained. The few minor repair issues I've had over this time were handled quickly and with professionalism.

Plenty of parking, controlled parking garage, lots of green space and close to everything.

The pool is a bonus in the summer if you can get down there. Last year it was a bit over-run with a large group who seemed to make it "their own" which made it intimidating to use. I am hoping that this year it's not an issue.

Love this place. Been here 10+ years. Feel safe with staff at front door which helps subside vagrants etc. Place is clean, well maintained. Next door to dog park. Love the green space in the back. I get to see deer wander dusk and dawn hours from my balcony. The building is always updating. It's convenient having the facial recognition as a way to access. Thanks to all the staff who are right there with repairs. If I ever move, I'd move
to another boardwalk property and have recommended it to friends and family.

About to move in July 1st, had an amazing experience with the staff so far to make sure everything was organized to move in, beautiful pool and clean common areas! The only thing we noticed is how dark the hallways are, some nice new white lights in the halls and it would be perfect!
