From my first meeting with Joshua (he spent over 45 minutes with me where another firm spent less than 15 minutes with me) to closing day with Agent DK my experience was absolutely marvellous.

I was selling my elderly mother’s home and it initially seemed like it was going to be quite the challenge. The entire team at Agent DK worked with me seamlessly and sold the home in about a week VERY close to asking price.

When dealing with my mother, Joshua was incredibly kind and extremely patient. In a world where the very elderly are not always treated with respect, Joshua ensured my mother was “seen” and “heard”. For this, I’m so appreciative.

Agent DK is a small team but extremely big on talent, knowledge, expertise, customer service and dedication to making sure the client feels number one.

Any questions or concerns I had were met with validation and excellent communication. Sometimes I don’t understand what is being explained and every single time I asked for further explanation I was patiently given information until I did understand.

Our experience with the entire DK team exceeded our already high expectations for both buying and selling a home between DK, Nahla, Jamie and Kristen. First up was Nahla to help us find our dream home. Nahla was super responsive to any of our requests and found us our dream home very early in the process making us need to move quicker than we expected to go to market with our current house.

As we went to market, I knew DK would be a busy man but he exceeded my expectations in his availability and never pulled the bait and switch that you hear about from other big-name agents. If one thing sets the DK team apart from other agents it is how well they communicate and their responsiveness (generally within minutes).

Where DK himself really stood out was dealing with a confusing multiple offer situation during our sale process. Over a Sunday evening as we looked at the offers, DK confirmed why we went with him and his team, his ability to think on his feet to get us the best price possible was very impressive to watch. I always thought a realtor wouldn’t make much of a difference in the process but after this experience can honestly say your agent makes a huge difference in the process. We hope to now be in our forever home but if we were ever in need to buy or sell without hesitation we would go back to DK and his team.
