Chris sold my house and moved my wife and I into a condo when we were ready to downsize. He hired a cleaner, staged and photographed our home and by the time he was done, my wife and I started to think maybe we shouldn't move as our house looked like a show home! We received multiple offers and the process was seamless. I will definitely use Chris and his team again and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Pathetic customer service, would never work with them again. All they care about is their comission and hell with customer service. I had a sale with them( my biggest mistake) , took them 6 to 8 months to find a client. What came later was a horror story, when it was finally sold, i wasnt much in the loop on the happenings, i asked my agent clearly about the first payout by the buyer would be back to my account and he said yes as that was my deposit when i bought the house. After a few days i realised the agent had gobbled up the money ( fees). The fees are settled only when the transfer of property is done that is at closing but here the agent took all the money from the first payout as his fees. On varioua requests frim my lawyer noone frim the agency tried to call or write to me. All they cared was the comission which they got so who cares now.
