Eric was terrific - very professional, friendly, and responds quickly to questions/concerns. We had a challenging issue with noise from our neighbour and Eric helped us problem solve the situation. He added another cedar layer to a fence to cover the gaps between boards, closing in the lattice uppers, and filled in the awkward gaps between roof and wall in our porch area with foam sandwiched between boards. He also resurfaced the concrete area at the bottom of our steps. As the photos show it all looks great. Eric’s prices are reasonable and he’s willing to go the extra mile. He is definitely our go-to person for any home issues we have from now on.

Terry Construction did an outstanding job installing a walk-in tub in an older home. The team was trustworthy, respectful, and great at problem-solving when unexpected issues arose, as is to be expected in a 75 yr. old home. They communicated promptly via email and messages, and there were no surprises in the final billing. While work schedules were occasionally delayed, the finished product was excellent and very much worth the wait. Highly recommended for quality work and professionalism!

Eric and his team did a great job removing my old front porch and replacing it with a new pressure treated deck. He has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond. I would recommend Eric and will use his Carpentry service again in the future!

Eric and his team did a great job replacing the existing slab in our garage. His team demolished the concrete, filled it with compacted crush stone and poured and finished the garage floor. He was very responsive and would I recommend Eric and his team and will use them again.

Eric and his team did a great job with the structural repair of a sagging joist & associated renovation on the second floor of our Nepean Ontario home. Updated review: After less than 2 years, the concrete repair is cracked and falling apart. I paid more for the promised "proprietary" surface coating that would be long-lasting, but this wasn't a good investment. I have reached out several times over the last 3 months for advice or solutions to fix this issue before more damage occurs this fall, but got nearly no response.

Eric and his team repaired and resurfaced a set of exterior concrete steps that Ahad crumbled over time and thanks to some rough winters. After reaching out for a quote, Eric came by right away to assess and give an estimate. Once we agreed, the work happened lightening fast by a professional and conscientious crew that cleaned up the site very well.

Eric stands by his work and the only reason I haven't given a full five stars was that it took a bit of time to get some touch ups done after the work had dried/cured. That said, he is friendly, professional and does follow through to make sure customers are happy. All in all, I would have Eric do work at our house again.

I contacted Terry Construction to have overdue home maintenance, done, flooring installed, electrical fixtures upgraded and an indoor staircase repaired. There were a number of projects under the "overdue maintenance" heading, including drywall repair, replacement of interior doors and hardware, indoor and outdoor painting and stonework on our front porch. Eric Terry and his team addressed every project in a very timely and professional way. He offered advice and alternatives, but never tried to talk us into anything, making sure we were happy with our decisions. He presented options for paint, flooring and other materials. Nothing fazed him as we came up with our "to do" list. I am confident that we got value for our money. We eventually sold our house and the upgrades and repairs done by Terry Construction helped us present the house at its best. I attach a photo of the new flooring.
