Visiting and hiking near Moraine Lake was my top priority during my visit to Canada. Ten Peaks made it happen. My initial trip had some hiccups, but Ten Peaks made it right. 5 stars for service recovery (without me even having to ask!!!), and 5 stars for Tyler (second day driver). Tyler was incredible and very knowledgeable. He identified and pointed out great scenery and wildlife, had great tips for hikers, was prompt, and professional. Great chat - not just filling the silence type. IYKYK. I would 10/10 book with Ten Peaks again. I booked a sunrise tour for Moraine & Lake Louise. I went back for an additional extended day, at Moraine Lake only, in order to complete a more intensive hiking experience up to Sentinel Pass. LOVED IT SO MUCH.

Do yourself a favour and book Ten Peaks for your visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. We were lucky to have 2 drivers, Scott and Cael. They were both punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They provided insightful tips on where to hike to and pointed out sights along the way to each lake. We had the best day so far, in the Rockies today. Thankyou

Great way to see both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
We did the pick up from Samson Mall which was near our hotel
Our drivers Jodie and Scott were very enthusiastic and informative.

‘Kale’, our driver and cameo tour guide provided a seamless experience that lived up to our expectations. Using Ten Peaks was so much better than the cheaper public shuttle, partly due to Kale making us feel like we had a guided tour, but also meant we didn’t have any queues and were able to keep to a schedule. The timing provided in the Ten Peaks schedule was spot on too. At each opportunity, Kale provided all the details we needed and did it with a smile. We were even able to take advantage of his restaurant tips for Canmore where we were staying. Thanks Kale and Ten Peaks, for making our Lake Louise and Maraine Lake experience a great day to remember.

My friend and I did the Early Riser tour and we ended up with a private tour just for the 2 of us! John our driver and tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable, he picked us up directly from my house in Canmore and dropped us back off after the tour. We saw the sunrise in Banff, went to Peyto Lake and stopped by the Bow Falls. John was very accommodating of where we wanted to go, he also had some great snacks packed for us! Overall a great tour and very reasonably priced, thank you 😊

We took the moraine lake and lake Louise sunrise tour. Luv is our driver and tour lady. She is very knowledgeable and treats everyone very well.
