Ilya completed a change in our system and had completed a service call previously. His service is above and beyond and his technical knowledge is outstanding. We ask for him by name as he is flawless in fixing or installing upgrades. Strongly recommend him.

Since Telus bought Graydon Alarms it’s been extremely difficult getting service of any kind. Good luck in the phone labyrinth calling Telus reps - monitoring, servicing, tech support etc. It’s a joke.

I dint know why so many 5star reviews Have you ever tried calling them for service or advice.
Called the 16days ago , on hold on and off for 1 hr.45 minutes! Transfered 6 times to different departments just to address my alarm system not working correctly .

One Rep said they would be out today....crickets!

I am currently looking for a new Alarm service company so I can fire this incompetent so called Alarm Company!! Run... Don't walk away from them if ypu want a good Alarm system and back up service ! They promised 3 months of FREE SERVICE for all THEIR SCREW UPS AND NADDA! NOW THAT WE REPLACED THEM WITH A LOCAL, MUCH BETTER ALARM COMPANY, ALARMTEL, THEY ARE TRYIMG THRU COLLECTIONS TO GET THOSE $VACK THAT THEY PROMISED TO WAVE. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

I just had Ilya from Telus Custom Security Systems, Kalamalka Lake Road, Vernon, repair our security system. He was excellent. He came to our house exactly on the time that was scheduled, and diagnosed the problem promptly. He not only repaired the control box ( control board was toast), but also repaired another problem we've had for years with the contacts on our doors not being placed correctly. He then rewired the control box which was originally a rat's nest. I found him great to work with and I'd definitely call for him again.

Joe provided a quote for the upgrade for our facilities and Ilya did the upgrade work. Both were fantastic and made the experience as painless as possible. Ilya was able to troubleshoot our system and provided a walk through of the system as well.
