First of all. I want to address the negative reviews in here. Every cell phone company in Orangeville requires ID to enter the store. You can’t just walk in. You have to be “buzzed” in.
I feel some comments here are racial based and a reaction to not receiving any immediate service.

Anyhow I digress…
I attended the Orangeville office and after showing my ID (no biggie) I was very politely told I would be served as soon as a CSR as free.
Shortly after Tamara asks me over to her desk.
In the next while she swapped over 2 phones to Telus, helped me set up my Telus Account,
my on line banking and my explained the current promotions.
She was extremely pleasant to deal with and could not have been more helpful.

Again for the negative comments on here I sincerely doubt the contents of the negative remarks.
Anyone going to any company cell phone store and not anticipating a wait time are in serious disconnect to the tie it takes to provide excellent customer service.

Have to Show your ID before they let you into the store. Ridiculous! A couple of weeks ago I went to the store to purchase a new phone and phone plan. The interior door was locked and had what appeared to be a doorbell camera affixed to the glass along with a sign stating ID must be provided to enter the store due to theft. I let the staff members know I was not comfortable with this as it was private information and I should have to provide it just to enter the store to browse and get information. I was informed by the staff member that phones are expensive and there has been a lot of theft. They went on to say that safety is more important than my discomfort and refused to let me in the store. Perhaps you should invest in a security guard or higher a pay duty Police Officer if you are so concerned with theft instead of treating your customers like criminals.

I came in to the store first thing because I purchased a phone and couldn't access my emails. I dealt with Bailey she gave the best customer service and assisted with changing my passwords for me. Zumjuice blessings to my friend very intellectual personality.

Huge thanks to Chloe and Tamara at the Orangeville Koodo store!

I'd previously been refused help transferring from Telus to Koodo elsewhere, but these two were amazing. They not only handled the transfer efficiently but also figured out and fixed some tricky underlying phone service problems. True lifesavers – top-notch service! Thank you to the both of you!

I go in for help regarding my chip, needed replaced. Then was told by staff member is she helps me I’d be charged $15 for her help. What ever happened to costumer service? You’re going to charge ME to help set something up ? lol what a joke trying to squeeze every penny

I recently had some issues with the Device Care protection on a phone, and Bailey went above and beyond in assisting to resolve the issue. She was kind, and efficient, and followed through with every little thing. I cannot say enough excellent things about her! I’m so very grateful for her and her commitment to amazing service. Went into the store this afternoon for phone upgrades that we were due for. Bailey was the sales person that helped us and can I tell you she is a gem!! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest with us. Not only did we leave with getting exactly what we came for my husband also walked out with a new watch for the best deal around! 5 gold stars for Bailey. Amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend her.
