Our agent (Jean) was confident, knowledgeable, and had obvious signs of skills & experience. She pointed out both the positives and negatives of the home and did not seem she was trying to hide anything.

Wished we used Team Lavadan's recommended home inspector. We brought our own, recommended by a friend, however, he was slow and didn't have the latest gadgets.
