I have lived at Taunton Terrace for just over 1.5 years. During that time I have found Kim and Nathan to be professional and hardworking. They often walk throughout the grounds picking up garbage, delivering communications and keeping everything presentable. Kim and Nathan do all repairs in our units in a timely fashion. Kim and Nathan make Taunton Terrace a home to be proud of. Thank you Kim and Nathan for all your hardwork and dedication. I look forward to many years at Taunton Terrace

We have been here on Taunton Terrance close to 25 years and ever since Nathan and Kim came here to look after the site it's almost like living in a Heaven environment everything as change. It's clean, the garbage is enclosed so the public doesn't see it and our yards are kept cleaned. In the years I have been here, I seen so much things disappeared but I couldn't say anything, I just had to close my eyes to it and let the company waste their money why you might ask me (personal reason with staff members). However, your books, your accounting, your requests for appliances must be way down since NATHAN AND KIM took over. As I said, they are beautiful people, they verified the appliance in our suite before we get a new one. If it can be fix they have someone over within 24 hours you can't get better than that. If someone is ill, they come over making sure we have everything we need. It's even better than living in a HOTEL . Nathan and Kim are respected, they are clean, they treat you like a person. They don't raise their voice at you. It is so nice to see them and wave at them or them waving at you . The whole complex have changed because of them two.( Like I said I have seen many that you sent us come and goes but I hope I don't get to see them two beautiful people go.) The appliances and other items that are ordered are not disappearing if you have noticed since you send us NATHAN AND KIM. Even on family day where the Terrace get pop and pizza, we are not refused a piece so your rep can put 20 large pizza in their freezer for themselves. Your machine(s) tractor, snowblower, etc are not broken because NATHAN cares. Like I said please don't take them away from us. If anything I would and I strongly recommend is a raise to both of them for saving the money they have done in the last three years compare to the ten previous members that were here employed by you. Thank you for allowing to put my review and my honest feelings in this.

I would like to start out by saying I have been here for 18 years REAL STAR you should be very proud of kim and Nathan I had a hot water tank leaking I got a hold of kim she is so good and on the ball she got a plumber in right away changed my hot water tank and I was good to go these two management are so darn great REALSTAR sure hope you pat them on the back in summer months I see them out and around picking up garbage ect and in the winter months there ALWAYS out cleaning and salting walk ways kim and Nathan thanks for your knowledge and support when thinks need to be repaired sur hope REAL STARS see this You guys are gems best management I ever had since I lived here keep up the great work and AGAIN thanks for fixing me up

I've been here for some time now and I have to say the management we have now are amazing, everything that needs to get done does. Unfortunately the useless management before left a lot of work to be done as they were completely idiodic and had no clue what to do. People didn't have locking doors or windows yet work orders are being completed as such and that apparently is the same issue as painting a hallway. Keep up the good work to the current management you guys rock.

I’ve been here for about 6 years now, and can say I love it 😁 we have a great community in here. Contrary to what others have said about the supers in particular the one we have now they are amazing. If your looking for a clean and quite very child friendly environment you will find that here. I have lived everywhere in this city and the rent is no higher here then anywhere else, as far as hefty hydro bills yes it does happen but let’s be real that’s on you if you are appropriate with your hydro you will be fine.

The place has gone down hill in the last year want lots of money but the place is a pig hole been here for 6 years and it get worst every time they bring a new super in this one here do3s nothing but drives a tractor or walks around with a tool bag in his hand
