Susie helped me purchase my very first home and was incredible. As a first time home buyer, we both knew we were in the journey for the long haul, and after 7 months and 10-20 viewings, we landed one. She understood that time and effort was required for a situation like mine, and never made me feel as though it was too much. She was super available, I can text her at 7am or 10pm and expect a prompt response from her. Her knowledge was very helpful and I definitely hope Susie and I will house hunt again in the future!

We met Susie Beasley Kim looking for a home in the London Ontario area. It was a perfect pairing for us. Coming from outside this area, she helped us immensely in the process of purchasing a home.

When we started searching for our first home some folks told us we could save a buck by going without a realtor. I'm SO glad we decided to work with Susie because she was worth EVERY PENNY! Susie is extremely knowledgeable and generous with her time. We were looking for something very specific and our search was long and complicated. Susie explain and re-explained (and re-re-explained) all the ins and outs of the whole process every step of the way, and even though it was frustrating at times, we were always grateful to have Susie in our corner. I would recommend her to anyone, especially first timers.
