The home we custom ordered is very nice, but the support we've received since the sale is non existent. We filed a warranty claim over a year ago for water damage as a result of an improperly installed door, and still have not received any assistance despite being told 5 months ago that they would be coming out to do the repairs. If you do purchase a home here, you should pray that it arrives with no issues, because you will not receive any assistance if you have problems.

I’m 2020 I bought my new Supreme Homes, Single Modular Home from South Shore Homes in Perth. On.and I just love it!! It’s warm, comfortable and large enough for me, a single lady.

I bought my home from Roger and Joanne Robertson at South Shore Homes in Perth Ontario…fabulous people to deal with. Kind, honest, professional, funny just overall great people.

Tania from Supreme Homes main office is a delightful person for any warranty questions.

All in all, I highly recommend South Shore Homes in Perth and Supreme Homes for a great living experience.

We bought a Supreme Home . Used , It is 16 years old and three of my windows started leaking . upon having contractor out to repair window leak problem ,Discovered my roof had no ice and water shield or tar paper. My roof rotted out a long the the lenghth of both sides ,rotted some roof truss ends,some facia . Who builds a home with no ice and water shield and no tar paper Shotty quality ! I do not recommenr a home from Supreme Homes !!

NEW UPDATE - MAY 19, 2024 - I ORIGINALLY STATED BELOW THAT MY WINDOWS SQUEAKED BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT THEY WEREN'T INSTALLED PROPERLY - I WAS WRONG. MY WINDOWS SQUEAKED BECAUSE THEY WERE 'STRESS CRACKED' PRIOR TO MY HOME BEING PLACED ON MY PROPERTY. THE WINDOWS MADE NOISE IMMEDIATELY AFTER I MOVED IN AND I REPORTED IT TO DAVE LAITE AND SUPREME HOMES. I NOW HAVE TO REPLACE ALL 8 WINDOWS AND THE PATIO DOOR BECAUSE THEY MAKE AWFULLY LOUD SQUEAKS AND CRACKS WHEN THE WIND BLOWS, WHEN THE SUN HITS THEM AND WHEN THEY COOLD DOWN - THE CONTRACTOR STATED THAT HE HAS SEEN THESE TYPES OF WINDOWS BEFORE - THEY ARE A CHEAP WINDOW THATS POORLY MADE. MY HOME ISN'T EVEN 7 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE TO REPLACE THEM ALL - I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! THE ROOF AND WALL SQUEAKS AND BANGS HAVE GOTTEN WORSE - REASON BEING IS THE PLYWOOD ON THE ROOF AND WALLS WASN'T PROPERLY SECURED AND BECAUSE IT WASN'T THE WIND CONTINUES TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE BY CONTINUING TO LOOSEN THOSE AREAS WHICH THEN CAUSES MORE NOISE AND DAMAGE. THERE ISN'T A PLACE IN MY HOME WHERE ITS QUIET!! JUST AWFUL. THE ONLY WAY I CAN TRY TO FIX THE ROOF AND WALL PROBLEM IS TO REMOVE THE SIDING AND THE SHINGLES - THEN PROPERLY SECURE THE EXISTING PLYWOOD AND THEN RE-INSTALL THE SHINGLES AND SIDING.....TO DATE I HAVE FIXED 12 PIECES OF SIDING BECAUSE IT WASN'T PROPERLY INSTALLED. THE CONTRACTOR SAID THAT SOME PIECES HAD ONLY 2 NAILS HOLDING UP A 12FT LENGTH. I DEFINITELY BOUGHT A 'LEMON'

I purchased a custom ordered new home built by SUPREME HOMES NB in July 2017. It's now 5yrs old and it's the worst decision I ever made. From the day the home arrived I've had nothing but problems......serious issues like the siding coming off the house because it wasn't nailed down, windows squeaking because they weren't properly secured, my entire front wall moves every time the wind hits it causing loud squeaks inside the home, the squeaks and bangs my ceiling/roof makes when its windy is just awful.... just to name a few. It took SUPREME HOMES NB A YEAR AND A HALF BEFORE THEY CAME TO MY HOME. THEY NEVER FIXED MY ISSUES AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK OR RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS OR EMAILS TO DATE. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO STAY AWAY FROM 'SUPREME HOMES IN NB.
