I love living at Sunronita House Apartments. It’s conveniently located next to all the amenities you’d need. The apartments are very spacious and properly thought out. What I love the most is the additional storage units in every corner.

Also our building manger ensures that it’s always clean in the shared spaces and she attends to all issues promptly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone without hesitation!

I love it here! It is affordable and the landlords are very wonderful people! They take care of what ever you ask them about. They are very informative and understanding. Couldn't ask for better landlord's ! The apartment we are in is very spacious and inviting. Thank you Kelson group for being an affordable place to live!

Had a great stay at this location. Building management was awesome. The building and compound was always clean and well maintained, and management was always available to attend to any concern. Inevitable repairs and maintenance was always carried out conveniently and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sunronita House Apartments to anyone.

Compared to our last place, this place is like heaven in terms of quietness. It is well situated and close to all amenities and my work.
The building manger seems to run a tight ship here and for that we are grateful.
The move in condition of the apartment was not all that great though. A lot of little nicks, dents and damage on counters, window and door frames and walls, but the building manager is willing to correct all that, so yeah!
We are liking it here a lot!

Sunronita house apartments, kelson group, and especially the management of this building has been a sanctuary to us. I cannot possibly say enough
about how they are setting the bar for how living should be. If you are wondering about living here, then please dont hesitate. The location is amazing also as a bonus.

I love this place ! Just moved in in October:) . Honest I was so scared to live in an apartment cuz I heard so many people had bad experiences but this place was so welcoming and peaceful. Sharon and Kip made me feel so comfortable and they are the best 🙂 . Best decision I made .. thanks Sharon and Kip Perron for your hard work . They do their best keep this place safe and peaceful. In -40 when we like to stay in and warm I see these guys cleaning sidewalks and other chores to keep everyone safe . Thanks guys for your hard work and thanks for keep us safe 🙂 . I recommend Kelson Group to all my friend and family ! Prices are decent too 🙂
