Sunny South spray foamed my ceiling in my flat roofed home this summer. Immediately we noticed a huge difference. Our house would previously consistently be hotter than outside temps and now it’s consistently cooler by a few degrees (in the summer). It has also held heat in much better now that it’s gotten colder this fall. The team was very efficient and communication from the office was prompt and clear.

The actual quote took a bit longer than I was expecting (almost 3 weeks) probably due to being the beginning of their season for foam jacking and the large number of potential clients.

The quote was clear and concise and the booking of the appointment was quick and effortless for ten days letter.

Joel and Oliver were the technicians who came over and I was very impressed with their work. They were on time, very professional and communicated very clearly the challenges we could face with the type of garage I have. As they worked along, we did not find any of those potential challenges and in fact they realized that they would not need as much time and material as initially quoted.

They were super clean organized and they finished ahead of time. By the time I had the invoice that night, they had adjusted the initial quote and saved me 15%.

Hired Sunny South Insulators to do the foam driveway lift and walkway support. Completed work was okay. Was done over two days as they said their foam injector was jammed. They missed plugging some holes so had to come back to finish the job.

I took the opportunity to look into those holes and surprised to find that there was still a void under there. Was able to put a whole straw through and it picked up some dirt below. Had a couple quotes for foam lift and went with Sunny South since they said that their pricing is typically higher but they don't plan on up charging on actual foam used. Sounded good. On the flipside, I don't think they would discount if they use less. Didn't get any reports or info to suggest otherwise. I was surprised to still see voids with the higher cost.

Edit: Sunny South reached out to me and came back to address my concerns. They re-drilled where I noticed there wasn't any foam and filled it. Also addressed my concerns on the walkway and vibrations. After drilling and filling some more spots on the walkway, it feels more solid. Appreciated them coming back out.

We used Sunny South Insulators to insulate our garage and can't recommend them enough. Very professional, job was completed quickly and I'm pretty sure the spray foam insulation reduces the noise better than the regular stuff that was used in the rest of our house when it was built. Ryan was very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he's doing.

Contacted Sunny South for a quote to lift my sidewalk where someone did show up as promised for an estimate. Said he would email me the quote in the next day or two.

A week later no response so I inquired and got this reply "I show in the system that there was a quote done on Friday the 29th I will check and see why you never received copy of it."

That was the last I heard so I assumed they didn't want the job where I went with someone else who didn't waste my time.
