Stay clear of this builder. I went asking why certain things are not completed in my new home I purchased from them. These are the words from the owner " We never hear all this bitching from any of our clients. We didn't deliver a diamond house so don't expect us to deliver diamond service". First off it's been a month I got possession of my house, dishwasher not working actually the plumbing to the dishwasher is not even done. Fireplace trips breaker, It's never worked since I got my keys and they knew of this ahead of time. I asked for an extra tap for my Kangen water. I was told we can do it, a month and a half after possession still not done. Now I'm told if the plumber charges more it will be passed on to me. Flooring has so many spaces, they knew of this and didn't fix it, now I'm told let's watch it for a while cos it might get worse and will fix it all then. Let me not even talk about possession day. I've never cried that much in my life. This is all on top of my house being delayed close to a year. I was supposed to get possession Nov, 2023, I got my house end of August 2024. Everyone I spoke to about this builder tells me he's a con artist. I have given then several chances to make this right but now I'm told I'm bitching. The icing on The cake is when they came to drill the holes in the granite for the tap and soap dispenser. These guys did not come with their own vacuum. They asked my 14 year old for my vacuum. Needless to say they used my LG cord zero to vacuum granite slurry and didn't bother to clean it and now I have granite slurry stuck in the vacuum. I've told them they'd have to replace but I know it will be a back and forth excuses as usual (3 months later and i still have this giant whole in the granite countertop and my vacuum still not replaced). My vacuum was replaced after giving an ultimatum in Dec, but i thank them for doing the right thing on this one. I have all the evidence and pics for all their half ass job and excuses(see attached photos, I was having severe allergic reactions after 2 days in the house so i took out my water vacuum to vacumm the professionally cleaned house i was told. That's the brown water you see in the vacuum and all the debris and dust on the filter). They build good houses but their not soo good behavior outweighs any good they tried to do

Grandepraire best builder by so far I bought a house with them .the service was brilliant and john and sunny went above and beyond with my needs .Will definitely be buying another home with them.very happy with them.

I live next door to a home they are building and I can't express the absolute unprofessionalism coming from the company. I have complained to them about the rudeness and damage they have done to my property over the years it's taken them to complete the property. I have cameras and have video proof that has been sent to them and they refuse to do anything about it. Do better and don't reassure me that you will resolve the issue when after 1yr+ I haven't received any compensation.

My parents have a Studio home, their designs and layouts age really well. My parents have had
zero issues with the house, so I knew I wanted to buy one for my first home. Its nice to be able
to trust a decision as big as a home purchase with your entire family. My parents joke that we
have a “studio family” because we both own Studio houses and my little sister is now talking
about how she wants one after she graduates college. Check them out for sure! You wont be
disappointed

I was looking to buy an investment property for almost a full year, but wasn’t impressed with
the options in Grande Prairie. I really wanted something that that looks more like a home than a
cash cow (which was all I had seen), a family friend referred me to Studio Homes, they had built
their family home with them. of their unique builds and luxurious finishing touches. I was really
pleased with the up/down I had purchased, it’s a home I would live in. I’m very happy with my
purchase.

I recently built my 2 nd home here, but chose to build with Studio Homes this time; The Studio
team made it so easy! They really simplified the design process, which I found so overwhelming
last time that I honestly had dread going into a second time. I highly recommend their friendly &
knowledgeable team!
