Purchased our first home and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with our realtor, Isa K. He didn't accompany us for a walkthrough nor did he drop off a congratulatory gift. We were even asked to pick up the keys from the listing agent's house ourselves. Essentially, we found the property, retrieved the keys, and did the walkthrough on our own. Not quite sure what Isa K did to earn his commission.

Submitted a request on Rentfaster for a viewing of a house to rent with Sterling. For some reason got the address mixed up and realized that after the realtor Roxanne messaged me. I APOLOGIZED right away for my mix-up and stated that the house was not in the location I was hoping for. Roxanne basically laughed at me and commented on how lots of people don't seem to read the ads that they inquire for. Its true I made an error, but is it really professional to rub it in someone's face and then allude to them being unintelligent. Not the best customer service, and also very unkind. The way I see it is I wouldn't want to rent with a mean landlord anyhow. I called her on her snide comment and she didn't even apologize but pointed the finger at me for not knowing where the house was. Then she wished me the "best of luck" and I guess I am lucky not to rent with her!!

I have been in sales my whole life and I can tell when someone has what it takes to succeed. While working closely with Mila to complete the sale of my property we had a lot of challenges to face from renters still being in the property, high interest rates to accommodating buyers special circumstances. Mila navigated these waters with great care and competence and after her selling my home and also my parents home on a separate occasion I am very confident to recommend her for the sale or purchase of your home.

We bought our first house with a realtor from here. Left us with thousands in electrical work that needed to be done and multiple open permits with the city from work that had been done during Reno’s. Also the realtor provided the lawyer and inspector, we did not know that we had the option to find our own. Bought a half million dollar home and didn’t even receive any welcome gift, not even a thank you card from this realtor. I would have to say for first time home buyers, don’t pick this place. We feel like we were taken advantage of because we didn’t know and we were not informed on things that should have been explained to us. Hands down awful experience, not the experience you imagine in buying a first home.
