Not satisfied with the parking lot. Even though it is crazy expensive they don’t really care even though someone else parking in my spot. It happened 3 times now. Already spoke with the management they wont do nothing about it. Highly disappointed.

Living here is a bit of a mixed bag. The resident parking at 530 Proudfoot Lane isn't signposted like it is at the two larger buildings, and the markings and parking numbers have faded away so you can no longer see which spot is yours. We are constantly having issues with people parking in our spot (which we pay a monthly charge for) and when we report this to the property manager, they just tell us to call the company responsible for the parking enforcement.

There is also a pretty significant issue with noise in our building. The wall between our bedroom and the apartment next door is paper thin and we're constantly being woken up between 11pm and 6am by our neighbor's screaming at one another. Again, we reported this but were told to contact a by-law officer. The front doors on every apartment have soft-close bars attached, but they're not maintained so whenever anyone leaves in the morning, their front doors slam shut and it sounds like a shotgun blast in the hallway.

To its favor, the apartments are close to transport links (bus stops right in front of the building on either side of the road) and the property managers are very responsive whenever you report a fault in the apartment.

The buildings are always sparkling clean as the staff works hard to exceed our expectations. The apartments themselves are much bigger than comparably priced units in the area. A very pleasant place to live all around.

We have lived here for almost a year now, and love it. Clean, well maintained property in a very convenient location. Management is friendly, and helpful. Our dogs love the off leash park that is on site, it's such a great feature!
