It was time for my mother to sell her home. I contacted Steve Canjar from the Agency. Upon meeting him I realized we had a winner. He was not only personable but very professional as well. The house was listed, pictures and videos were taken. Then the sign was put on the front lawn, now it's official, especially for Mom. After a few showings she had an offer, Steve and Ken Lampman were very patient taking the time to go over all the pertinent information in the offer with us.
