We dealt with Hugh while getting estimates for a new foundation in a home we are building. He was very helpful, customer oriented and his pricing was on par. We came into town looking to build from scratch barely knowing a soul, our real estate agent recommended Hugh. You couldn't ask for a better experience - these guys have all the experience and willingness to meet any challenge, are fair about pricing, care about the end product and are just an all-around great bunch of guys you'll call friends long after the job is done. Totally recommend.

I called Stebro today to inquire about an issue with my septic system. Although they were not able to provide the pumping service that I needed, a technician did call me back to listen to my issue and provided me with a good (and accurate!) guess on what the cause of my leak was. Very knowledgable, professional and customer-friendly!

I'm glad other people apparently had positive experiences, but we certainly did not. We used Stebro for our foundation on our house. The kept giving us a date they would come to pour, and then just wouldn't show up, or only some of the guys would show up... this happened four times, and caused all kinds of delays with other trades because it set up a domino effect of cancellations. This ended up costing us in time and money. They were unapologetic and unempathic. The actual concrete looks fine, though it's still early to tell of course. A couple of the deck posts were badly aligned. All in all I would have trouble recommending this company, but in a pinch they will (eventually) get the job done.
