🚨 Avoid Statesman at All Costs! 🚨

If you’re thinking about buying a home from Statesman, do yourself a favor—don’t. This company cuts every possible corner, then gaslights you when you point out their mistakes. They take zero accountability for their incompetence and flat-out refuse to fix anything under warranty.

Since moving into my brand-new condo, it’s been nothing but problems. Lights that randomly turn on and off, appliances that need repairs or replacements right away (pretty sure they install refurbished junk), a dishwasher that has never worked, and let’s not forget the foundation cracks—yes, foundation cracks in a new build. To top it all off, they didn’t even install the washing machine drain lines properly, so now water splashes inside the walls.

Every system in this home—electrical, plumbing, structural—is a disaster. And when you bring it up? Good luck. They’ll blame you, make excuses, and do absolutely nothing.

Statesman is the definition of a shady builder that prioritizes cutting costs over delivering quality homes. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and thousands in future repairs—go with literally anyone else.

We have a home at Pine Ridge Mountain Resort, Invermere BC. Greg Skoggs has been the area manager since the beginning of 2023. Having Greg attend to the daily workings of overseeing the continuing development of this spectacular community has elevated our experience of living here to even a higher level. Our home was built in 2017, but to this day the developer, Statesman Group of Companies, is committed to their promise of delivering a wonderful home is met. Greg’s dedication and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Things are getting busy around here. A new show home is under construction, site preparations are underway for the villas and more people are building their dream homes in this fine community. Close to town but still feeling the mountain solitude - it’s rare to find the best of both worlds in one community. As a resident, I am so appreciative of the vision Statesman Group has had for this gem of paradise within the town of Invermere. Thanks to people like Greg Skoggs, there are eyes on the development every day making certain that all those who chose to purchase here will be happy for years to come.
