I’m posting this on behalf of my mother; her review about her own experiences, living at St. Augustine apartment and community.

-“I shared a lot of laughs at exercise classes and Tuesday Bingo Nights in the community room. The women I met were all very friendly toward me.
I enjoyed listening to Chuck whistle a tune while he was vacuuming the hall carpet outside my apartment door. Chuck has a great sense of humor, which always made me laugh.
Dean was very helpful when I had a problem and is a very likeable person.
Being inside the apartment building I always felt safe and secure, surrounded with people my age.

I recently had a walkthrough with Dean, the superintendent, in a renovated two-bedroom unit and was genuinely impressed. The renovation work and layout of the unit were excellent—very spacious with a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living area, perfect for a single person, a couple starting out, or someone looking to downsize. The exterior of the building is well maintained and beautifully landscaped, and the interior is clean and welcoming. Dean was incredibly kind and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. A great overall experience!

The Neatness in this place is a 10/10…
The apartment is Too Clean. Very quiet with very friendly neighbours. I will recommend this apartment a million times over please. And the Manager Mr Dean. Common, he is an Awesome Human being. Very Kind

We moved my Mother in to this wonderful complex at the beginning of Oct. The building is kept so clean, inside and out. Dean and Daisy have been so helpful and professional in every way. Always with a friendly smile. Everyone my Mother and my sister and I have met have been so friendly. Mom has enjoyed the social aspect of the community room, attending Bingo Nights. Mom is extremely happy living in her wonderful new home. And my sister and I are very happy she is in a secure, friendly, clean place. Thanks again to Dean and Daisy for being so helpful in this transition for Mom.

Booked a viewing with the resident manager Dean. Very kind and informed me a lot about the building! He also responded my to inquiry very quickly. The place is beautiful, in a quiet lovely neighborhood, and the building itself is very clean! Definitely on the top of my list for the rentals I have been inquiring about thus far! 🙂

Dean, Daisy and Chuck make a great team and make this place what it is today. Very friendly and easy to reach, especially for someone just moving in, I had a ton of questions, most of them simple. When I moved in there were a couple of items that needed to be dealt with and had no idea how nice it is to have things “taken care of” without a fight by having to send multiple reminder e-mails and phone calls. I think this is the first building I’ve ever lived in my entire life where they are more gung ho about making sure everything is working properly than I am, it’s a nice change.

Thank you so much, you have no idea how relieved I am to finally be living in a building like this.
