We’ve worked with Spencer with our first house and had a great experience, but the second time around he somehow managed to raise the bar even higher. The entire process felt smoother, more thoughtful, and even better than we expected.

From day one, we have felt supported. His stager, Linda, was fantastic—she gave us clear guidance on what to pack, what to keep out, and added a few of her own touches that completely transformed the space without making it feel staged or impersonal.

Spencer’s listing video was next-level. It didn’t just show the home—it told a story. We really wanted to highlight that it was a family home/community where your kids could grow up in. His advertising helped families really picture themselves living there, and gave such helpful insight into the area. It made us feel proud of the home we had created.

We had solid showing activity right away and received an offer within the first few weeks. It came in low, but Spencer never pushed us to take it. He helped us counter confidently, and while we waited, he encouraged another interested buyer to step up. We ended up negotiating a much stronger offer that also included a condition to give us time to firm up our move—such a relief. He also got us the quick closing we were hoping for.

Even when a few challenges came up during the closing process, Spencer and Emily stayed on top of every detail and made sure everything came together smoothly. His communication throughout was exceptional.

We’ve always trusted Spencer, but this experience just reaffirmed how good he and his team really are at getting homes sold. We’re so grateful to have him in our corner!
