This review is very long overdue!!! Here's my little story that made a huge difference to me, as a customer of theirs.

About 4 years ago, I dropped my vehicle off to have my windshield replaced. I dropped it off after hours and slipped my key in their door slot. The next morning, I received a phone call from their, asking if I had been having issues with my vehicle starting, or if I perhaps left the lights on. My suv wouldn't start, they tried to give it a boost, that didn't work. They went well above and beyond to correct this issue and then get the windshield replacement done, and it was a long process, I know cause they kept me in the loop all day! All in all, they ordered and installed a new battery, got my windshield changed and provided amazing customer service throughout!

I would recommend their shop to anyone and everyone...it's too bad that I have now moved back to Ontario and won't be able to access this shop anymore. BUT YOU SHOULD if you have the chance to give them your business!

I’ve dealt with speedy glass in the past and was always impressed with their service.

However, I recently contacted speedy glass to have my windshield replaced only to be left in the dark.

I phoned to follow up and was told they had the glass and would contact me soon. Phoned in again a few days later and was told the same thing.

It’s now been a few months with no call back.

I wasn't there for repair this time. It was a Sunday late afternoon June 9 2024. I parked on their lot next door to Old Town Pizza. I was picking up a Pizza. About 10 minutes. I have a motorhome 30 feet. The restraunt parking lot was full. I have 80 year old person with me who could not walk too far. There were no vehicles in Speedy's lot. I was about 10 minutes. I came out to find this note on my windshield.

It read: To whom it may concern. Please be advised do not Park here in the future unless you intend to replace the sod you are damaging by parking here. (It's a cement lot)
We have taken note of your vehicle license plate and model.
Unfortunately , if you are found parking here again we will have no alternative then to tow your vehicle at your expense.
Management Sparkling Auto Wash. Right by Speedy glass.
Don't worry I won't be back.

Went in to get a couple chips filled that happened same day. One spread to a crack already and the guy working filled my chip in for no charge since they couldn’t do anything about the crack.

No appointment, super fast. Great service. Would 100% recommend

Excellent Service at this location and highly recommended. Brandon and his team really take care of their customers. Definitely worth a try. They use high quality resin to seal rock chips. Windshield replacement is excellent here as well.

Picked up a rock chip today so headed over to Speedy Glass. It was my first time coming to this location and I will definitely be coming back in the future. They were friendly and professional and were able to get me in right away.
Shortly after I arrived was on my way again with a wonderfully repaired windshield chip and no money out of my pocket. It’s refreshing to leave a place completely satisfied! Great group of people working there.

We got a chip in our windshield and took it here right away. They had us pull into the bay right away. Told us that it would take about 20-30 minutes to fix it up. Because of the time we were there, everything around was closed. So they suggested we just stay in the car while they worked on it.

It was fixed up so quickly. The work was great! The staff was excellent! If you need work done, this is the place to go. They are awesome. If we didn't live 8 hours away, we would always be going to them for repairs.
