Thank you to the whole team at Spani for building our specialty dental clinic in the heart of downtown Gibsons. Andrew Wood and Breandan Frank were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and perfectionists, they made sure all the details mattered. Communication with them was key and was consistently timely and effective. Thanks to Samantha and the entire crew for their dedication and hard work. Our team - Coast Dental Specialists at 261 Gower Point Road - is absolutely thrilled with the result that we are able to offer to this Coast community. Very proud of the space. SPANI did an incredible job of remodelling our restaurant; they took it from a windowless concrete box to a completed, functioning and beautiful light filled space. They stuck to their quotes despite some overruns, project managed multiple trades including engineers and architects, and overdelivered when it came to working with us to ensure every detail was correct. The team constantly checked details with us, and suggested amendments which might function better. Overall an A+ experience

Larry, Brit and all the Spani team of employees and contractors were absolutely remarkable throughout our recent renovation.
To begin the process, we undertook a bit of research to obtain estimates and decide on a contractor. And from the very first phone call to the start of the work, through to the completion of the job, they were on time, on budget and entirely transparent.
My wife and I remain so very impressed with the quality of the finished product and the assembled team. Throughout the 6 months of work and everyday since, we feel that every dollar invested was well spent and that we got genuine value from the team.
We can wholeheartedly recommend that anyone doing a renovation on the coast, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Working with Spani Developments when they built our new home on the Sunshine Coast was a pleasure. They were professional, hard-working and above all problem solvers. Every project has challenges and ours was no exception but Doug and his team were thoughtful and creative about addressing problems and without fail found a solution that made everyone happy. Doug interpreted our architects plans thoroughly and thoughtfully which resulted in either saving money or a more effective result. We cannot say enough good things about the Spani team from foundation to finishings they were terrific to deal with.

Unstable Project Supervisor( Lew Doobay) and site Supervisor (Jamie Strain). Extremely poor project mismanagement, double billing, budget exceeded more than 150%, redundancies , excessive delays, using wrong retaining wall design, abandoned project unfinished, excessive construction errors ( leaning walls, inadequate headroom, damaged appliances due to wrong installation etc), threats and immoral attacks by site supervisor, odd project supervisor instigating workers and family members, haphazard decision making, do not want owner involvement, advisable not to deal with SPANI.
