Okay, so bear with me. This is a long one. Renovations in general, are extremely stressful for us. We have pets, and we are sensitive people. Very sensitive people. We don’t tolerate noise, dust and general disruption in our lives well. So you can imagine how difficult it was for us to make the decision to renovate two bathrooms and the electrical panel in our condo. Now, Condo renovations are even MORE stressful because we had to deal with the board and management office and their myriad of rules and regulations that comes with the territory. We looked at several contractors and companies before reaching out to Span Co. As soon as Jason ( the project manager ) came into the picture, we knew they were the company for us. Not only did he understand our anxieties surrounding our pets, he also was super patient with our pickiness and communicated with us every step of the way. Honestly, it wasn’t perfect ( no renovation project ever is ) and mistakes are made, and sometimes there are issues, but the way mistakes are handled is what people remember in the end, and Span- co is the most responsive, responsible and efficient company at fixing and addressing any issues that come up I have ever dealt with. Also to note, the various teams and people who came in to do the work, were really lovely, and to the most part tried their absolute best to make sure we are happy. We have had 2 other renovation projects done before, and this experience comparatively, was made 100% better because the PEOPLE of Span Co who are incredible. I have attached some before and after pictures, to show some of the brilliant work by the teams and I have to say, the work is amazing. Having used the new shower for a couple of weeks now, I am still in disbelief that it’s is actually our place, it’s that lovely in person. Well done Jason, you are the reason why we stayed ( mostly ) sane during this project, why we would ALWAYS come back to your company for renovations and why we would recommend you to anyone who asks who did the work!

Thank you Span-Co! I met with Jason to discuss converting my old carport into an outdoor room with shed attached and a new driveway gate. Jason was wonderful....he understood my vision, had good ideas and gave me a reasonable quote well thought out, and thorough with no surprises. He sent me the team of Brendan, Patrick, Adam, Andrew and Ben. They showed up when they said they would, worked incredibly hard and had superb ideas to help bring my vision to fruition. They were wonderful to work with and I was very impressed with their work ethic and carpentry skills. Everything was cleaned up at end of each day and the whole project was completed in 5 days....very impressive! I have received so many compliments of my backyard oasis and everyone wanted to know who did the work.....I highly recommend this company and the team that works there. Many thanks to all of you.

As much artist as carpenter, Patrick is a master of wood - who literally turned my old, crumbling deck into a stunning new space.

I found Spanco (Jason) through my realtor and couldn't be more pleased with the team's work. Their team is professional and committed to doing a good job. We spent over an hour laying out the tile to create the pattern for our fireplace and it looks absolutely stunning!

Did a pent house condo Renovation project with spanco. Packaged the plans up and let 4 different contractors bid on it. Spancos Jason was most communicative and detail oriented from the contractors. He won the project not on cost, but he wasn't too far from the lowest offer, with the difference that he was someone that clearly seemed on top of things with attention to detail. Essay ahead of all other 3. On that level the cheapest offer to me seemed like the clear bad choice. I don't think anybody in their right mind would have picked any of the other offers.

During the execution I scaled the project by 50% of the original budget with extra requests. He was always upfront with putting the cost in front of me. All was my choice. However I kept pushing for the same timeline. Though he tried to expectation manage me and i had a backup plan, they actually delivered 4days ahead of the original time budget requested.That was great because another contractor I had for a separate component was totally lagging. Jason and spanco was so on top that they made up for what me and the other contractor lagged on.

Also a couple times I pushed them hard on their work and Jason was there the next morning and made it up. I anticipated having to wrestle with the contractors, but not with spanco. I was impressed and now I have a long term contractor for all my future projects. I recommend them 100%.
