Brand new location, fast internet and still looking a little sterile. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, was hard to find since the lobby on the street level is under construction. Lots of space to find a quiet nook to do some work. The barista made a great Cortado and struck up a genuine conversation which is always nice. New favorite place to work remotely from.

Receptionist was incredibly rude. I had my brother visit Toronto for the holidays and we were looking for a co-working space he could peacefully work remote. I called their phone line to confirm if a 1-day drop-in work day was possible. The gentleman on the phone was lovely and assured us we can do a 1-day drop in at the office. Upon arriving the receptionist was very rude and she didn't want to help (as if he was bothering her). It was explained that we called and only came because we were told it was possible.

Bottom line -- it's fine that the service wasn't possible (we understand). But it didn't have to be said so rudely. Terrible customer service!

We have been a client of SPACES North York for years. In fact, we were one of their first tenants in this location. Unfortunately, this is the last straw. Yesterday, bugs were falling from the ceiling as we worked, and the whole north side of the second floor appear to be infested. We brought it up to the Community Team who, once again, felt as though there was nothing they could do in terms of offering a temporary solution. This seems like a recurring theme for this location. Over the years, various receptionists always feel like their hands are tied, which they probably are. They are not empowered enough by upper management to solve issues within the centre. We sympathize with them, but it can be very frustrating as tenants who expect a certain level of service. If you are looking for a co-working space in the area, would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The space may look beautiful at first glance, but you may encounter overall poor customer service and a Community Team that is often helpless.

I went to the washroom at 5pm returned at 5:03pm and am unable to access my stuff in the office. There is no receptionist after 5pm, the “urgent issue” line tells me to call back during business hours and the area manager is not picking up the phone.

I paid $800 a month for this.

This location is not only stunning, it is modern with fabulous staff that make it easy to work there. The place is bright, fun, clean and so luxurious. I didn't think shared office space had the possibility to look THIS good!

24/7 is a little misleading considering there are no staff on site and that only the sales phone line works after 5pm. Not the "Critical Issues" line.
