Darren, Carla and the rest of the team did an amazing job transforming our house into a home. They clearly communicated to us the schedule and kept to it. They immediately and completely addressed any concerns or issues, and the process was smooth and easy.

Darren oversaw the restoration and renovation in one of our rental properties where flooding had occurred. We found him to be prompt and meticulous in all of the details required of such a project.
He was efficient and pleasant to work with. The suite looks fantastic now!

Good day. I wanted to share our positive experience with Southern Alberta Construction earlier this year. We had an insurance claim from extensive damage. A full can of paint tumbled down our main stairwell and the lid did not stay on.... wasn’t pretty. Darren and his team were excellent from the first interaction to the conclusion. His team including the subtrades they work with, went above and beyond to get things back to what they were.... even better than what they were before the accident. I would have no hesitation in recommending Southern Alberta Construction Services. They genuinely care about the outcome.

We were incredibly impressed with the work done by Sinh on our flooring—his efficiency, dedication, and craftsmanship were truly outstanding. He worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional result.

Additionally, we deeply appreciate the efforts of the carpentry work performed by Gord and Callum on the drywall and painting. They went above and beyond, delivering impeccable quality in every aspect of the project. The drywall quality is excellent and the paint job was professional. Their precision in reinstalling the baseboards was perfect, leaving everything looking seamless and professionally finished.

A huge thank you to Sinh, Gord, and Callum for their hard work and expertise—it was a pleasure working have such skilled professionals do work on our house!

Although the insurance company dragged everything out Southern Alberta Construction made the whole process as painless as they could. Darren was excellent as a project manager really personable and easy to deal with. Gord was a whiz in assembling the kitchen. His eye for detail and his desire to go that extra step for the client were very much appreciated. Their contractors for the counter tops and electrical were easy to deal with and super efficient. Denis did a great job on the mantel and calming me down over the initial paint colour. Carla did an amazing job from the office in keeping me informed and updated on schedule.

I am super happy with my kitchen and I would definitely recommend Southern Alberta Construction and its incredible staff.
