I’ve had a truly wonderful experience living at Somerset Place Apartments! From the moment I moved in 3 years back, the entire team—management, leasing office, and maintenance staff—has been consistently professional, friendly, and responsive.

The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The common areas are always tidy, I’ve felt safe and comfortable here since day one.

What really stands out is the management team. They’re approachable, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. Any concerns or maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. The leasing staff made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and they continue to go above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy.

Special shoutout to the maintenance crew—they're quick, courteous, and always do quality work. It's clear they take pride in keeping the property in excellent shape.

Overall, Somerset Place feels more like a community than just an apartment complex. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

The construction noise is literally intolerable. Ive been here for 7 years now. I understand there’s things that need done, but it’s literally every day. Between all the water shut off and construction it’s a constant inconvenience theres always something. Currently there are jackhammers constantly above me and concrete getting ripped up below me. We haven’t been able to comfortably enjoy this apartment for years. Now they expect myself and 103 other tenants to attend a video hearing with the court so they can raise the rent past the lawful amount to help pay for all these repairs. Save yourself the (very real) headaches and money and don’t bother renting here.

Building management themselves are fantastic people and we will miss them when we are gone.

Ive loved living here for 3 years. The staff is super welcoming and helpful and often keep treats in the office for the residents pups.
With students in the area the staff is incredible at keeping the building quiet and peaceful.

I have lived here for 6 years and this has been a great place to live, staff is great and they work hard to maintain the building. They are doing lots of upgrades to the building. Resident Manager is very understanding and approachable.

Great place to live! The place is always clean and organized. Management team are really responsive and nice, always trying to help. I recommend this building the location is really convenient as well, close to the mall, downtown and bus stops..

I have been in Somerset Place for 4 years in multiple different units. I can not say enough positive things about the staff of this building. Responsive and polite when posed with questions and very compassionate when approached with kindness and respect. All staff have been understanding with unit questions and concerns.

While the construction has been fairly steady and tedious but it’s understandable due to the fact that the building is 60+ years old.

The building is conveniently located to western, Thames valley parkway, parks, convenience stores and located on highly accessible bus routes.

The only downside of this building are the incredibly annoying, self centred, and disrespectful tenants. Students who live in this building do not treat staff well or with respect. Outside of this issue Somerset Place London has been a fantastic place to live and call home.

I’ve lived here for 10 years and it’s been awesome. The management is great; they’re very professional and kind towards me and my guests! They have been constantly renovating the building and added a gym a few years ago. The building is in a safe location in London, free from crime and property damage that is common in the downtown areas. The parking area is large and each spot has a lot of space for any size of vehicle. My neighbours are great and respectful, this is not a party-zone— it’s a respectable place with minimal noise. The building is very close to King’s University College and Western’s main gates, and there is a convenience store and pizza place down the road! The building is maintained adequately, and management is on the ball when a work order is sent their way.
