I have been actively dealing with Kuby for approximately a year. I can’t say enough of how wonderful their customer service department has been. Jason, in particular the project manager has been very kind and his communication has been excellent and I can clearly tell that he really cares and wants to make sure his customers are happy. The electricians that came in to install the rough in were also very professional, and were pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending Kuby to anyone that would like to get solar panels.

Overall we had a great experience with Kuby’s service for our solar panel installation. The staff were helpful and friendly. David followed up on us after the system was running and helped us sign up for the Kuby solar club and carbon by Kuby to help us get some credits back. It was great dealing with everyone at Kuby. Our 5-star review isn't representative of us not having had some bumps during our Kuby experience, but it is a reflection of how the team did everything in their power to ensure our needs were met in the end. Our install was ultimately delayed by months beyond the originally specified timeframe due to a convergence of factors, most to all of which were beyond Kuby's control. We found some of the messaging we received to be a bit confusing or contradictory which seemed to be compounded by some turnover in the back office operation. However, in the end, a huge thanks to Jorja and Melaina for ensuring we got everything we needed, especially in light of our completion data nudging up to our Greener homes deadlines. On the Technical side, the install was nothing short of exemplary. The guys did clean work, cleaned up the job site every day, called in advance, and ensured we knew exactly what the approach was at every step of the install. The city inspector even had great things to see about the Kuby installs he inspected weekly. Of most importance to us, the Kuby installers actually happened upon some faulty electrical work performed during a renovation we did last year (c/o Winter Electrical subcontracted by Valhalla Pro Construction). Not only were switches the end of a previously miswired 2-way switch damaged w/ scorching in a box, but a bad splice was found, and of the most concern a receptacle's hot and ground were reversed in our children's bedroom. Kuby had no obligation in our view to stay and correct these deficiencies, but stayed long on the last day of the install and returned for another day to do so and ensure our electrical was safe. That was so incredibly appreciated and big thanks to Lukas, Andrew, and Jason and teams for exemplary technical execution.

Ultimately, we would absolutely recommend Kuby and would use them again and are very happy with our system!

We recently had solar energy installed in our home by Kuby. The process of getting the physical installation done was seamless and the team that did the work in our home were excellent. The work took a couple of days to complete and they were unobtrusive and great to work with. The system is up and running and performing as promised.
Working through the financing process has been somewhat confusing and there is room for improvement in this area; however, David Adebayo has been extremely good at helping us navigate the latter part of the process. All-in-all, we would certainly recommend Kuby to anyone considering installing a solar energy system.

Installing the solar system is a long journey with a lot of different information and steps. Kuby did a great job on communication, grant/loan application, installation, even troubleshooting. I would highly recommend Kuby as your installer.
