It's the worst property management, not professional, poor quality and they want just to rent. Tenant are the victim of this behaviours.
Blake Boulevard as an example. Fortunately, they are not managing our block.

Cette société est non professionnelle , les locataires doivent faire attention quand ils font appel a des sociétés comme sleepwell.
Heureusement pour nous ils ne sont plus en charge de notre immeuble.

We moved into a sleepwell property on July 1st and the apartment was clearly not move in ready. I have attached photos of the state of the apartment that day. Walls weren’t painted, the rooms were unclean and the toilet and closet were in need of repair. It has now been two weeks and the painting has only just been completed, the closet door is still broken and the toilet was repaired by placing a piece of cardboard between it and the wall. Throughout this time we have had people in and out of our apartment doing repairs causing us to have to pay for dog care and rearrange our daily schedules. In two weeks we still have not been able to properly settle into our new home. As compensation, sleepwell offered us a measly $100 credit towards next months rent. Be wary of choosing a property with sleepwell as it will come with poor communication and constant repairs that are left halfway done.

I am very happy with everything sleepwell has done for us while renting with them. If there are ever any issues, they immediately send someone out to fix it! Our carpet on the stairs had smelt like animal urine from the past tenants, and there were some nails poking out that got rusted from me trying to deep clean the carpet, and they replaced it! No more smell, and it’s now safe from rusted nails! I am very content and grateful.
