They did not finish the project as outlined in the contract and we paid more than what was actually done. It started out good but no communication at the latter end. There were still paints jobs left to do. They just kept saying they had family affairs to attend to. Earlier this year, after more than a year since the project begun, I contacted Jag but he said, he will be out of the country. He never contacted us back. It was quite disappointing.

I want to start by saying we are very happy with the finished product of our basement. But the whole process of getting it finished was quite the headache. Jag was very friendly to deal with but his communication between us and his contractors needs serious work. He would tell us a contractor was coming on a certain day and no one would show up. This happened many many times. I came home early from a vacation because he had contractors booked and needed someone to be home but they no showed. It was extremely difficult to wait around the house all day and not even be told they weren’t coming. I completely understand with contractors, this is bound to happen but it became almost every time they were booked, they no showed and had to be rescheduled. We also had to reach out to Jag to find out next steps and a schedule because we were never told what was happening. It was almost like he forgot about our project. We were also left with a lot of clean up at the end. The bathroom was a disaster with grout and drywall mud everywhere. We were hoping for some sort of clean up before the end. Again, we were very happy with the finished product and the price was very reasonable but we were disappointed with the process.

Jag and Skyhold construction recently finished our basement renovation. They were very efficient and were able to meet our shorter timeline. They were very responsive to messages and phone calls and were professional throughout. We love our new space and spend lots of time there. I only wish the touch ups at the end matched the quality of the renovation throughout. We would definitely use them again in the future.
