I would 100% recommend Sketch Design and build. Matt and Chase were great to work with, and created a beautiful flow to the two additions to our side split home. Matt was able to walk in and provide us with perspective and ideas that we had not thought of that maximized our space for our family of 5, while also respecting the ideas and vision we had. They were always available for questions and explanation as we went through the building process and made adjustments when needed. Thank you so much, we love our updated home!

Matt was really good at taking an idea that was in my head, some very rough sketches of the dream house and was able to get them on a permit ready set of drawings. Matt and his team worked with us to make these into an amazing reality. The house turned out so well it was featured in a magazine. Two years later people walking by stop and ask who designed it. Every detail and feature was covered in the design stage so when we built it we required zero on the fly changes. That made the people building the house very happy and a much easier job for them along with no costly over runs. Every single day we walk into the house we are thankful of such a amazing, comfortable and useful space.
I would highly recommend Matt and the team at Sketch Design Build Inc. and have already for all your building design requirements.

My wife and I contracted Sketch design for our new build dream retirement home. Matt was excellent to work with and listened to all our needs and wants to make our dream home come true.
In our community any drawings have to go through an internal architectural committee. When we submitted the drawings Matt drew up for us, the architectural committee were extremely impressed and stated so in our monthly newsletter.
