I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our experience with this real estate agency was so chaotic and invasive that it needs to be shared.

We were tenants in a rental property being re-listed, and our landlord asked us to help with showings. We agreed, only to be bombarded by multiple agents from this team, all seemingly unaware of each other. We were contacted repeatedly, even after appointments were already scheduled. Calls and texts came at all hours, including after 9 PM, totally unacceptable.

Their internal communication is completely disorganized. When we provided time blocks for showings (while actively packing, working from home, and managing a child and a dog), they pushed back and made us feel like we were being difficult, when in reality, we were being more accommodating than we needed to be.

The most inappropriate moment? One of their agents called us unsolicited to ask if we were still looking for a rental. When I said no, they immediately asked if we were looking to buy. We never opted into their sales funnel, and frankly, that level of pushiness crossed a line.

This agency felt unprofessional, invasive, and sales-driven at the expense of basic courtesy. We’ve worked with truly excellent realtors before — this was the exact opposite experience.

10/10 do not recommend.
