This is a horrible place to live. I've been here for three years renting a privately owned condo. The building management is very bad. They harass my guests anytime they come to visit. Anytime something malfunctions due to negligence of the management, they take very long to rectify the problem and leave passive aggressive notices blaming everyone else. The building manager will come up with "unwritten rules" about parking and visitors. The water quality is very bad. I can go on and on but I'm sure you get my point.
Do not buy a condo here!
