Sam and his crew were amazing to work with. He was the most competitive, had the best warranty and the roof is immaculate! He added a 3rd vent for me free of charge. His service and skill are impeccable!

This is an honest reputable company that does quality work. I've used them on multiple occasions: to reroof an older home (including repairs to the roof sheathing and fascia), to diagnose moisture in an attic and install attic vents, to make repairs to a garage roof that was poorly installed by a different company, and to insulate, install vapour barrier, and sheath my garage interior. The work is always well done. Sam is customer focused and responsive. Highly recommend.

Shelter Construction to me, consists of top quality workmanship, I've loaded many of their roofs with a conveyor truck as well as many roofers, and I must say, Shelter stands out from the rest. It's things like how well they paper their roofs, to the quality of install, I would trust them with my roof. Sam and Shelby are in the right industry.

We got an estimate very quickly after Sam came out and checked our roof. After finally getting a decent day of weather the crew showed up at 8am. Everything was moved,covered with tarps and the hard work started. Those boys were hustling for 14 hours. They installed more vents,frost shield,cleaned the gutters and left the yard immaculate. They were all polite and professional answering questions and they were just very personable. I would hire them again in a minute and we have a home we can be proud of again. Thank you Sam and Shelby for all your hard work.

We called Sam for an emergency roof replacement and luckily he was able to schedule us in a matter of days. This was really appreciated as interior renos were taking place and a roof leak was found. Harp and his team arrived and got everything done in one day including adding extra vents. Harp was helpful and friendly and I appreciated him answering all our questions. They cleaned everything up like they were not even there. We are extremely grateful for the work, professionalism and care everyone from booking to installing has provided to us and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I called the owner Sam as he was in charge of the roofs for Sterling home builds and he was very professional and assured me that Sterling homes has begun to add underlay for their roofs based on his repeated recommendations. Sounds like they genuinely care about the product and longevity of their product! Very informative and responsive conversation! Would recommend.

Shelter Construction came and removed two skylights from my livingroom. They closed them in , insulated the gap in the attic, matched up shingles, and drywalled the interior, and had the ceiling match the textured popcorn I have. Sam is very personable, quick to respond, and provides very professional workmanship. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend them for your construction project.
