I have just purchased a unit at Six90 Towns and couldn’t be happier with my experience with their team. Kati and Jenna are the best!! Both were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me (must’ve walked through the model home a dozen times before making my offer). The home itself…….STUNNING! Sheldon Creek Developments does a great job with their designs, layouts and all the fits and finishes. I am looking forward to starting a new chapter in this beautiful home!!

I was lucky enough to buy one of Sheldon Creek’s recent developments in Grand Valley. Kati Atkinson was our realtor and helped us get into a bigger home as our family was expanding. The whole experience with both Sheldon Creek and Kati was seamless! Any small issues (as any new home buyer will likely experience) were immediately addressed and handled with efficiency and professionalism. We’ve been in our house just over a year now and it definitely feels like home 😊

Greetings from Ottawa! The homes available at Diamonview Estates are absolutely stunning. I'm particularly impressed by the beautiful exteriors of their townhomes, especially the wood-inspired finishes on the garage doors and the elegant arched entryways—such a great touch! From what I’ve observed, many of their standard features are often considered upgrades with other builders, so you’re definitely getting great value here. Plus, single-family homes are on the way, which is really exciting!
